Physical
Physical stress comes in varying shapes and sizes. Some physical stressors are obvious, others less so. Some examples include trauma, poor posture and repetitive movements.

Chemical stress are the things we put in or on our bodies. Such as, the foods we eat, the drinks we have, the medication we take and the particles we inhale.
